Crafting
Crafting allows you to craft many different items ranging from clay pots to leather and dragon armor to jewelery to magic staves.
Pottery
Pottery is low level crafting. To make pottery you first need to mine clay. Next you need to add water to teh clay to make soft clay. After this you need to spin the clay to which ewver piece of pottery you want and finally fire it. The different pottery items are:

Leather
There are 2 types of leather: normal leather and hard leather. Hard leather needs a better crafting level to make and gives better protection. To start you will have to kill some cows to get their hides. Once you have all the hides you want, go to a Tanner so he will make your hide into a piece of leather. You should now have your leather. Use your needle on a piece of leather while you have thread in your inventory and choose what you want to make. The leather items are:

Gold Jewelery
There are three types of items you can craft with gold to make jewelry: Rings - which you can enchant with magic to give them special powers, Necklaces - which can be worn around your neck, Amulets - which you can also be enchanted for special powers.
To make Jewelery you first need to mine some gold and then smelt it in a furnace so you get a bar. No use the bar on a furnace while having the appropriate mold in your inventory and choose to add a cut gem (cut a gem by using a chisel on it) if you have. The gold jewelry items are:
